Auch heute noch zählt der Demel zu bekanntesten Kaffee-Konditoreien Wiens. Die einstige k.u.k. Hofzuckerbäckerei belieferte die trotz ihrer schlanken Linie in Süßigkeiten vernarrte Kaiserin Sisi mit fantastischen Leckereien, unter anderem lilafarbenem Veilcheneis. Und garantiert noch heute höchste Qualität in Sachen Mehlspeisen und Kaffee.
